Default Nitrous through the firewall....

Where is the best place to run the nitrous line through the firewall? I trying to find the easiest place to get inside the engine bay. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Passanger side! Remove the floor mat and the access panel behind it. Pull off the cover under the glove box and pull the insulated rubber away from the pin (You will see it) Open the hood remove the battery and there is a large gromet Behind it that all the cabling goes thru. Just roll back one edge and push it thru. Be carefule not to run the hose to close to the fan motor. It is electrically hot and the hose is grounded. The fan will run full blast. I insulated my hose just incase.
Best of luck to ya.

yup that is the place. IPC harness. I ended up drilling a hole to the right of that huge gromet. Comes right out behind the battery.

i did like Intel55 and drilled a hole in the fiberglass firewall just to the right (as viewed from inside the car) of the wiring harness bundle grommet.

I opted for a NO HOLES DRILLED install. I installed the bottle bracket on the existing screws for the cd changer, moved it to the pass. side compartment. I then ran the line through the air hole under the drivers side panel in the rear that goes to the rear side marker lamp. I then pulled the rear wheel, and opened up the rear wheel well. The line ran straight down inside the lower rocker panel, and comes out just under the brake master cylinder, in which i wire tied the solenoid to the bottom of the brake master cylinder (again, no holes drilled) with a dry kit. i then ran the nozzle into the MTI ram air just in front of the tube that goes into the air box.(cut a small hole just underneath), then covered the line in wire loom. Very clean install, and very stealth. If you are in houston, i would be glad to show you how to do it
