Steve.... you're a C5 pro, but I've heard it's possible....

I hope your feet are washed... you may be eating them.

after about 100 or header installs on C5/6/Z06's, I've learned things

after 10,000 posts, I see a lot of people 'speculate'............

after 20 C6Z06's, I have figured out how to get those stock big **** pipes out of there(the 4 bolts are a pita)

You should buy the headers, attempt the install and write a detailed summary of your experience with images.

Let the forum know how it works out for you...

REMEMBER!!!!!! The C6 does NOT have the BAT WING oil pan. When the C6 header is designed, that is not taken in account.

The comment was more tongue in cheek in support of your advice from experience...

Just an FYI, I have used C5 headers on a C6 before. They were Kooks 1 7/8". I am sure it may not be the same with all manufactures but I dont think the overall design was changed between the two models. With the exception of the AIR tubes attachments.
The only thing I can think of on the C6Z headers that may make them different from the regular C5/C6 header is the dry sump oil lines, but that is just a theory.
Your best bet would be to call Kooks and ask them. However keep in mind that the mid pipe on the C6 is different on the C5 in how it attaches to the rear of the exhaust. C5 has a flange to connect, C6 is slip fit.
