Drives side seat....
Cleaning up the seats in my 2000 Vert with stock sport seats and discovered that the drivers side seat doesn't have a "recline lever" and looks like it may have never had one. Passanger side does but not driver. Question is should it have? Thanks "pear"

You should be able to replace just the handle. It fits over the shaft and has an internal clip that locks it on the shaft.

If all you need is the handle, the dealer has them cheap. They have a C clip on them and just push on to the shaft after you line it up. If the shaft in the seat is broken, that is another story.

Shaft is broken off upon further inspection. seat upolstery is actually covering so it looks like it was never there. Unless that assembly is replacable I'd say I'm looking at a new seat or seat base at least. I hope the shaft assembly is replacable but not holding my breath on that one. Anybody know if it is??
