Bill,

How's that starter doing?? Get it glued back on yet? I'm sure I speak for many here when I say "Thanks" for all of your help. Hope your Z is living again.

Just to keep fueling the friendly nature of the many BILL CURLEE PLEASE HELP posts...Lucky, we appreciate you too

Seroiusly, this forum and the folks here like the afore mentioned keep alot of us out of the Dealership induced poor-house as well as getting many folks an elbow deeper into our cars than we ever planned in the beginning of this little hobby (and out safely).

Merry Christmas, All. See ya next year!!

Bill Curlee is certainly an asset for our Forum. He always supports/helps anyone having problems and his knowledge of the C5 electrical systems is second to none.

I wonder how his own problems are doing also. I'm sure Bill will chime in here and let us know soon.

I drove my Z last Saturday just before the BIG snow storm here in CT. We got 18" of snow so,,, its going to be a LONG while before I can drive it again. When I want to drive it, I just hook a strap to the K member and get the wife to drag me up the drive way and POP start it. She still runs strong,

Starter, we dont need no stinking starter!!!

My Son just got out of the Army and arrives home TONIGHT!

He wants to help with the repairs. So,,,we will rip out the ENTIRE drive train to install my Spec Clutch, Stage V tranny, Torque Tube couplers, Tranny/DIF Brace and hardened output shafts.

Thank you all for the kind words. I hope ALL of you have a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. I have sooooo many friends and brothers on the forum that it becomes a way of everyday life to interface with everyone everyday.

I want to give a SPECIAL THANK YOU to all of our military members and their families for serving at home and abroad and for all the sacrifices that they give for US .
