Maybe the '09 TB is different?

I have gotten the code you mention once, it was because I forgot to plug the TB in. :embarrassed:
I have an adapter which I think is an LPE unit and to confirm where the issue really is I'll try it with a buddies LS2 throttle body.

Btw.. Congrats on getting yours up and running and it seems like, running real well

28-30 is good. My first setup I ran 12:1 CR and could only add 24-25 degrees of timing. Lowered to 11:3 and could run 28-30 degrees and picked up about 15-20RWHP IIRC.

I notice that you do not have a regulator on the fuel rails. Did you have to change anything in the fuel system, or can you run with no regulator??? I'm switching to a ported ls2 intake as soon as my casper harnesses arrive, and the only thing I am unsure of is the regulator...

I'm just running stock ls3 rails. No problems tuning.

Digging up an old thread, do the LS3/7 rails connect in the same location as C5 stuff? Looking to either use LS3 or 7 rails (depending on whats on ebay) for a stock looking setup. Just wondering if they are almost plug and play (other than injector harnesses) with the stock C5 fuel lines.

The LS3 rails plugged in, no problem.

It's not an obvious translation from one to the other but I used a 2008 C6 tune to derive the tables and driveability is pretty good so I'm pretty confident they're at least close enough to correct to work.
I'm also looking for the LS3 injector settings for the gen 3 pcm if you don't mind sharing. I'm swapping an LS3 in my C5Z and have HP Tuners as well.
