Need Advice
I just bought a 2001 vette with 95,xxx miles on it. Having the time of my life!!!!! It has a couple small issues however that I need advice/help with....First the HUD is all the way down. The previous owner said he took it apart and the unit is ok it just needs a new dash switch. I'm wondering if these go out very often? Or do I have a bigger problem? Next the heating/cooling controll display unit is dark. every thing works it just takes a bit of fooling around to find the right setting. Just wondering if I need to replace the whole unit or if I can fix it another way. Lastly there is a kind of pinging/ringing noise coming form the drive line when I accelerate in the lower RPMs 1200k through about 2k its not super loud but i am curious about it....Thanks every one!!

My Vette doesn't have HUD,so I'm no help there,and the driveline noise could be alot of things from clutch to torque tube couplers.
Try the "search" function ,I'm sure there's some good advice to be found,and you've come to the right place to find it
