Default PFADT Coil Over Settings

Does anyone have the locations for the spring perches on the C5 shocks?

Some idiot (me ) messed with mine before putting them on the car and now I am sure they are in the wrong place.

Also the shipped locations for the depth of the shocks in the bases.

My ride height is all screwed up and I know exactly who to blame..

Thanks in advance.. if no one has it I will call PFADT tomorrow.

When I installed my Pfadt coil-overs a couple of years ago, I called Pfadt to find the proper location of the spring perches. I was told that the lower spring perch should be about 3/8th's of an inch below the uncompressed spring, in other words, there should be a 3/8th's inch gap between the perch and the spring. As far as the depth of the shocks in the base, Aaron recommended that they be adjusted to provide about a two-finger gap between fenders and the tires (stock size). You are probably going to have to play around with the adjustment of the ride height anyway, so just set the spring gap and make the ride height adjustment with the car on the ground.

Thanks Rod!! That is very helpful.

I started adjusting the ride height on the car but knew I had the spring perch wrong. Thanks again.
