Baer Eradispeed Plus 1?

Baer Eradispeed Plus 1?
Does Baer make an Eradispeed plus 1 rear brake kit for the C5? This would be a slightly larger one piece rotor and caliper relocation bracket...not the larger plus 2, two piece rotor. I can't seem to find any real solid info on this. If so, will it fit using stock C5Z wheels? Any pics would be great.

I'm running the +2 2 piece rears with C-5 thin spoke wheels. The clearance is tight to the barrel of the wheel but fine at the spokes. I do have some deep scoring on the barrels from small gravel getting between the caliper and wheel though.
