2 Problems

I just got my 01 z06 and didn't think to check somethings and the truck will not pop open. I installed new popper in the trunk. Still notting with either the remote or switch inside car. Second problem, The interior lights don't come on or radio dim when i put the headlights on, Installed a new headlight switch still not working. Checked all fuses under the hood all were good. Please help

maybe the trunk it stuck to the weather strip, have some one bang it with their hand as you press the button. When you get it open spray the weatherstrip with silicone spray. Do you hear the solenoids working when you press the button?

First of all, stop changing parts. Do you have a DMM to check voltage and resistance? The fuses you need to check for the trunk, lights, etc.....are not under the hood. There is another fuse box in the passenger footwell. Check minifuse #32 in the passenger footwell fuse box first.

Thank you for your help no the the truck is not stuck cause when i pull the cable it pops open. I will check the fuse thank you i did not know there was another fuse block.
