Tire pressure sensor question
One of my valve stems in bent out of round. Cannot get the core out. Does anyone know if this means the entire sensor has to be replaced or can the valve stem be replaced?

The valve stem is part of the sensor. I just bought used sensors to mount on Z06 Chrome wheels and I put the sensors on the wheels myself so I know that they are all one piece. ..... However, my tire installer told me that he was changing a wheel on a C5 and he broke the core off in the valve stem because it was a little corroded. He says that he installed a regular valve stem on the stock wheel and epoxy glued the sensor inside the rim right next to the new valve stem. He said that it worked out just fine as the sensor still worked.
