Outerwear screen for radiator?
I know there are multiple metal mesh radiator screens out there to keep junk out of the radiator area but seems like they can be a chore to remove for air filter changes (mine is in the front bumper) and they wont block much of the sand like particles that seem to be the main enemy. Ordered a Dewitts radiator and woud like to keep it clean without pulling it out to clean on a regular basis as that is a big chore too. How about using the Outerwear material like used on air filters as a pre filter as a screen? Seems it could be installed with ways to quickly detach it for air filter service or perhaps even directly on/in fornt of the condenser area(heat too much?). I assume most are going to think it will stop too much air flow but wondering if anyone has tried this or if anyone agrees it might be worth a shot like me
