Dead wipers
This monring when I started my car the wipers were on while the switch was on the off position 
they would not stop, unless I turned the car off. I had to remove the wiper arms off the car, in order for me to drive to work. Now, that I am at home I looked at the issue and installed the wiper arms back on the car. Now the wipers are DEAD 
and it's going to rain tomorrow 
please help.

take your wiper cowl off and see if there's gunk down in there. it's a common issue on these cars. there's a PCB on the bottom of the motor and it gets submerged and shorts out. i got a remanufactured motor from oreilly's for $55 with lifetime warranty
