sorry for the dumb question, but is possible to swap a power seat with the passanger manual seat. The driver seat is starting to ware and was not sure if you can un-bolt and swap just the seats minus the controls etc...

The sliders are mirror images of each other. I think you could put the complete passenger side on the dirver's side, but the seat belt buckle will be by the door instead of towards the centre console... The seats themselves are identical, I think. They're held on by four kinda hard to reach nuts from below. You could probably switch just the seats themselves, and leave the sliders where they are. As was mentioned, you'll have to pull the switches from the drivers's side seat. The whole thing sounds like a pain in the *** to me...
I just replaced the seat covers in my car. The seats are 100% identical. The only difference is the bezel for the controls. You can bolt the seat belt buckle to either side of the seat. The only problem is you have to cut a hole in the cushion to attach the controls. You would have unused holes in the fabric on the right side and have to cut new holes in the left side.
