Max hp???can ls1handle??
What is the max hp bottom ls1 can handle???
And the max hp the stock ls1 block wit internals can handle??

Ive been in one that was 642RWHP and 594RWTQ Give or take 1 or 2, and it had 88,000 miles on it and the stock bottom end. It all depends on how you drive the car.

I would think that the LS1 bottom end can handle more hp than the stock tranny can handle for any significant length of time

I have read a few tech manuals and they say if you plan on going above 750 crank hp you should go with a cast iron block.

stock bottom end can take alot more then most ppl think. But the stock bottom end is heavy. and heavy rotating wt can hurt performance.

It's the rest of the drivetrain that is the weak link, like the clutch and rear end.
