So the car has only been run a few times over the winter but I went out to start it yesterday and it would not start.
The cabin lights come on and radio but it's a little weak. As I turn the ignition I hear fast ticking. I'm thinking my battery is weak but it may be the starter or fuel pump (maybe?)

Any ideas?

If the engine will not even crank, how could it be the fuel pump? Check the condition of your battery, or try to jump start the car.....
As suggested already, you need a full battery for things to work. The battery needs a solid 12.5vdc across the terminals without the key on, for the electronics to work. It will turn over with less voltage, but the computers will not run.
Thanks for the input guys. It's just odd because the battery is only a year oild and I drove it only about 1.5 months ago. I'll put a meter on it tonight and check that out.

Your car will only go about a few weeks probably for the battery will be drained. If you drive it that infrequently get a battery tender.
