Tire size question
I'm looking at replacing the stock runflats on my car soon, and was just wondering if it would mess my speedo/active handling up at all if I put a 295/35-18 on the back but kept the stock 245/45-17 up front?

Not at all.
That is the Z06 tire size (diameter is the same) so you will have no problems there.
Now, that said, you are a bit over the recommended width of your 9.5" wheel. I would be careful in aggressive corner maneuvers......hard to explain to your insurance if you lose the bead and crash.
