P1416 DTC error, most likely cause?
Hi All,
Been having a recurring trouble code popping up that I have deen just deleting when it occurs, but it has gotten to be a real nuisance. I get tired of seeing the check engine light come on, especially since it doesn't seem to be anything too critical. Still, would like to find the root cause and fix it. Any ideas?

It's caused by the rubber flapper valve in the AIR check valve for the passenger side head becoming hard and not flexing enough to flow enough air when the air injection system does a "health check".
Just do a search for P1416 and you'll find 1000 threads about it.
