NO WAY, NO HOW will a C6 HVAC work in a C5. ALL of the C5 damper controls are vacuum operated. In a C6 there all electronic controller operated. You would have to find some way to cobble in a completely different control system The C6 uses a CAN BUSS data system where as the C5 uses a class II serial buss system. Anything can be done but the road will be long, rough and costly to the end.
