My car went to the shop today with a bad exhaust valve (unconfirmed...) and the guy noted I still have stock injectors. I run a bunch of mods like heads, cam, etc.
Do I need to upgrade, and will it be beneficial. If yes, by how much and what size do I need?

It depends on what your duty cycle is. The person that tuned the car should have told you if you need bigger injectors or not
Is that a double stack wing on your car or a shadow?

Thats a wing.
Car hasn't been tuned since I've owned it. My mechanic was appalled that I was still running a stock injector.

If it has a lot of mods done to it and has never had a tune, it that could end up very bad for you. If the motor is running lean your lucky its still in one piece. If you do put bigger injectors in it you WILL have to get a tune you wont really have a choice. The car wont run right with larger injectors unless its tuned for them.
By the way.............................that is a HUGE wing on the back of that thing.

You may be running a stock injector that has been resized. My injectors are oem and look stock but they do not flow at oem rates. I calculated the rate I needed and had the rebuilt/resized/flow tested.
Do not spend money on aftermarket injectors. Few people have the proper injector offset tables and there are lots of issues. Yeah, they make them work, and I made some work too, but it isn't as slick as using oems.
Thank you guys. I think I am going to go with larger injectors and have the car dyno tuned at the same time. It will give me some peace of mind as well having the car tuned anyways.
The SVO red top (36# at C5 fuel pressure) will more than suffice for that setup. They'll support over 450rwhp easily.
42s could be done if you were planning more mods in the future and wanted some room to grow, but are way overkill for what you have now. Definitely go no larger than that, bigger is not always better. Sizing them correctly is the goal.
