clear them and see if they re-occur , but the loss of communication codes are so common I don't think you need to worry about them
Comms codes can be caused a LOW Charged battery. If the car was not driven recently and the battery was LOW, that could have caused the problems during the start sequence. Just clear them and see if any return.
