Default HP Gain ?
I have 98 a Large CAM and Long Tube Headers that DYNO'd at 465HP at the RW. What is the least expensive next step to get to 500HP at the RW ?

Nos ! But i would never use it on my car. Destroys engine. Drastically increases engine wear. Not worth it to me. Love my car too much.

What else do you already have? Certainly your 98 isn't getting 465 at the wheel with JUST cam and headers.
