Default Interior Rattle...

I have an interior rattle that I can not figure out. I have an 04 Z06. It happens over harsh roads and sounds like something is hitting the rear window.

I have done the following to try to find the source:
Removed rear speaker panels, the middle panel, and the rear most panels
Removed the carpeting
Disconnected defroster
Removed a black module that was on the driver side behind the speaker (not sure what it is) - only moved it (did not disconnect) to see if it was the problem...
Adjusted trunk spacers

I have driven around with all of that off and nothing...

My mods for interior are insulation and a partition. The sound got louder after removing all items. However, it is still very noticeable with everything put back in and the partition in place. I notice that it does NOT get muffled with the partition. This leads me to believe it's somewhere near in the cabin before the partition. I noticed it BEFORE doing any mods and it was all stock. 14k on the clock right now.

It kind of sounds like the rear window isn't fully seated and flexes on bumps, or something is flexing. I have pushed and prodded on everything I can from inside the cabin...

Can anyone help?

I think I fixed it. From a suggestion, I moved the passenger seat up a bit. It seems to have been the problem! I have my fingers crossed now...

My whole car rattles cheap plastic I guess. One day I will break down and get some better insulation.
