I certainly hope so. My 02 came with the CAI and Borla catback. I just ordered OBX catted system. I also got lower gears (3.42) and will install both at the same time I have it tuned.
As for what work best, any reputable brand will probably work fine. I've ready good things on most major brands as well as a few negatives here and there. If you aren't on a budget, get the coated headers, or have them coated. I am also considering porting/polishing the TB while I'm at it.
