B&M NewVolt?
Am looking for some feedback on the B&M NewVolt Amplifer. The compression ratio was increased slightly as a result of head work at Agostinos' shop. I thought running the coils at 20 v. vs. 14 v. would give me a more reliable re:stronger, spark under racing conditions, not that I have any big issues as it stands right now. Anyone have any first hand experience with these guys? Any reliability issues using this set up under daily driver conditions? You get the idea.

Had it in my car since August 2000. I would say it's a waste of money. Makes no difference what so ever. Maybe it would do some good when running on Nitrous but I have not tried. Another situation it would be usable is at under voltage conditions by maintaining 20V to the coils. But having under voltage is not a normal condition so I would try to find the real problem instead of adding a B&M.
