I would tie the ABS system up and just unbolt it from it's bracket. No need to disconnect all the brake lines. You will have to disconnect the engine wiring harness and upper control arms.

Do you have an auto or manual?
Its a manual so I'm sure I'll have to disconnect it and unscrew the Q-Ball.
I really appreciate every ones help, thank you.

The painters tape is genius...... why hadn't i thought of that.....

Also, do you notice any difference from the U/D Pulley? is it worth upgrading, or just wait till mine starts that oh so familiar wobble and do it than?

Take it out the top!! I have a 2 post lift. First time I pulled my original LS1, I took it out the top. This was before I bought the 2 post. Second time, after the 2 post, I took it out the bottom. Whatta HUGE PITA!!!!! There are a lot of things that have to be messed with, and remember to disconnect, going out the bottom. Out the top is just like any older car, like removing the hood, motor mount bolts, etc., and you need only lift the car enough to remove exhaust pipes. You do NOT have to remove the front bumper. Just the fans, radiator, and A/C condenser, fuel line (lines, on the early C5), and disonnect all electrical connectors, like O2 sensors, starter wiring, etc. On A4 cars, there is a pinch bolt that locks the outer splines of the torque tube's input shaft to internal splines of the flex plate. If you miss this bolt, the engine will NOT slide forward. So while you're under the car removing the exhaust and starter wiring (after disconnecting the battery!), don't forget to loosen the pinchbolt!!!! Once loosened, just slide engine forward, lift, and out she comes!! Easy peasy.......
