Yessir, on a cam of that size it most likely will not run due to idle airflow tables and VE tables needing adjusting. Doublecheck all of your sensor wiring is hooked up as well, but more that likely you need a tune to get her running. You probably can crack the throttle body open by gas pedal during start and it should fire. It just won't idle on it's own or run too good. MS4= Donkey Di*k cam, a must tune cam.

You could always drill a hole in your TB to let more air in at idle, but a tune would be a better idea.

You definitely need to tune that! My baby 228"/230" .576"/.595" 114LSA needed a lot of work to the idle airflow tables before it would idle properly. The throttle cracker needed work too before I could take off properly in 1st. Your VE tables are gonna change a lot with a cam like that as well. Get it tuned, or buy some software and have some fun with it

Larger injectors might be a good idea for that size cam. You dont want to run it lean.
