Switchbacks

Weird problem.

I just installed my new switchback led's from JW and when I turned the lights on ... nothing in front. Parking lights on, the rears come on and are in hiper flash mode, nothing is on in front. I have the hiper flash harness and halo rears.
I can her a relay clicking sound in hiper flash mode?? Any thoughts?? Mark

Thanks Tom. What are the odds that I would put all 4 bulbs in backwards?
I just turned all 4 around and "Let there be light". All seams to be working fine.
