Default O2 sensor problem p0135

hi

i´m in a battle whith my O2 sensors in my Vette
i´m only running the front sensors not the rears....
i was always getting this code p0135 and it´s a heat code for the driver side o2 sensor, but i decided to swappe the sensors drivers side to passengers side and then like i thought i got a code on the passenger side one.p0155
so i installed new one only 1 though, because the both i was running before where only 2000 miles old

and it worked fine for 300-500 miles then it started throwing p0155 that´s the same code as before only passenger side one.
so i decided to try to use one of the old rear ones i had before (heard they had better heaters) and it worked great for 200 miles then the new one i installed before started to throw p0135
so i was very sad about that but decided to try the other old one i had and it has been working fine for 800 miles but now it started again p0135 just few minutes after i start the engine, but if i clear it out it doesn´t appear again, only when it´s cold

So that leaves me whith this....

1. either there is some failure somewhere in the car?
then what could that be?

2.or my car is fauling all my sensors fast as hell
(it has been a bit on the rich side) i´ve been tuning it

so then what sensors are good for me? heard that bosch was te best.?

are there any one out there who know what could be my issue...

thanks

make sure you don't have any o2 sensor wires touching the exhaust and burning through creating a short....

i have 02 sensor extensions on mine, and one had a burn causing the same thing when it shorted out...
replaced the o2 sensor extension and all was fine....

would that not effect more? would the car drive normal.

How would the car act if it was shorting out some where near the o2 sensor.??

thanks

Check this out:

Turn the ignition ON with the ENG OFF and read battery voltage AT THE BATTERY!

Go to the OXY SENSE #15 and read the test points on top of the fuse to chassis ground. You should see FULL battery on that fuse. If its LOW, it will effect O2 Sensor heater operation.

Then disconnect the O2 sensors and read the BLACK ground wire on each sensor to chassis ground. You should read VERY CLOSE to zero ohms. If the reading is high, you grounds and splice pack is suspect.
