The a/c problem could be the small plug on the pass side right below the coolant. I worked on a Z and that was the problem. As for the clutch mine is doing the same thing and im about to buy a new one. Power+high RPMS's+stock clutch= Clutch sticking on the floor . Im putting down around 425rwhp and around 400RWTQ and I cant go above 5000rpm without picking the clutch up off the floor. Im going to use the LS7 or a Centerforce DFX. Good luck with the search.

I have an 02 Z and modded it to 390 RwHp /375 RWTQ on the first round of mods. Drive train was as happy as a clam at that mod level.

Did a heads/cam/Fast 90/90 mm TB install and the FIRST WOT after the tune, BAM,,,,,,,,,,,,clutch stuck to the floor. Car Dynoed out at 450 RWHP and TQ flat lined at 400 ft/lbs across the curve. Clutch slippage

Its not as much the HP increase that causes it as much as the TQ increase. So,,,,,,,,,,,,,when are you getting a NEW CLUTCH!

I bought a ram HD 8 mo ago just haven't needed to install it yet. The car only has 50000 miles. It did fine with the header and tune makin 360hp370tq and with the cam it's 410-380. I was just hoping for something simple. So I can get out there and play a little bit. Lolololol
