Information on changing a flat tire?
The search feature worked fine, thanks for the comments. Guess I was a little stressed and was looking for immediate gratification. As it turns out, I was able to pump the tire with enough pressure to get down to the tire repair store. ***interesting, and I discovered there is no jack in the car (z06) and no way for me to replace the tire myself** I sure would like to have a jack though. Anyone know where I can pick one up. Also, anyone know if the rear tires on a standard c5 will fit on the rear of a c5z06?

Good luck,

Now to correct this, get down on the floor, look under the car, see the jacking points, get a jack, lift carefully.

You are supposed to have run flats, unless they are changed, now if you found a spare and no jack. That is because there is supposed to be no SPARE.

Or take it to a shop and hope they lift it correctly without damage...

But seriously, as said before, this has been covered a zillion times, so stop.
and do a search..........before posting.I love to help, but I can't help you brush your teeth if you don't know what kind of brush to buy...........

I looked in my owners manual and there is NOTHING about CHANGING a tire (at least in the 2001 version). They talk about flat tires but not about CHANGING one.
