Thanks for all the responses. I cant get under the car now but I will be having it towed to the shop to fix. It probably is a simple fix like the starter breaking off the engine, or something with the manifold.
when I was driving and it happenned, there was a whoosh sound like something opened up(like air pressure escaping) and then a lawn mower vibration sound like the exhaust was open. But the car still drove .. I got home, it was noisy and making a racket at idle, but then it just stopped and it was normal. I turned the car off, and when i went to turn it back on, the fuel pump whine engaged but then the engine wouldnt turn over (I hear a loud whining churning sound when I turn the key.... so anyone know what it could be?

That is not an easy one. If the starter breaks off, the alum block broke. Welding it back on or a new block will be needed.
I still think it is the stall converter. The flexplate is attached to the converter itself, so something went bad down there. You are going to need it towed to the shop for sure. Ask the shop where you had the stall installed if they can check it out. They may even do it at no cost. Worth a shot.
The flywheel and starter can be obtained from Gene Culley at www.gmpartshouse.com. Not sure about the converter or what caused all this mess. There is liable to be other damage that's yet to be found until you get it all apart.
Sorry I did not reply soon enough.. I ordered the parts from Gene, and just waiting for the shop to get the parts. There is no damage to the engine block from the starter. They will be taking it all apart to make sure there is no damage, but from the looks of things my engine should be OK. They are taking everything apart, and are going to inspect the whole drive train(transmission converter, torque tube drive shaft, etc..
Im hoping that everything is OK. the car is ten yrs old and I do track it so this probably would have happenned to me on the track, and Im glad it happenned where it did. The only reason I got home that morning was because I didnt turn the car off.. when i stopped for gas. if i did I would have been stranded. so grateful for that.
Guys, he stated in another post(that was later locked)he had his stall converter replaced with another one (3200 I think) and the job was done by Vette doctors. This, IMO, is a HUGE red flag to an install gone bad.
