I have a 19x11 Modular Concept 3pc wheel on the rear.
Rim outer to outer lip measures 12 inches.
The distance between the frame and the inner fender lip is 12.5
Now, if I mount a 305/30R19 measuring 12.3 I got zero room.
The car is also going to be lowered. I test fitted a 325/30 that I had lying around and that stuck out half inch plus it hit the frame pretty good.
I know that alot of guys here run 305s in the rear. Do you have any fitment/rubbing issues?? According to the numbers its too close.. Abviously I need more than 1mm clearance between the tire and the frame.
unless I put 5 mm spacers on the rear. Which will make them stick out. But I shouldnt have that much travel for it to hit.
Ok, what is the wheel offset? your issue is not if the tire /wheel combo fits the wheel well but axle hub mount to inside suspension and out fender lip. For that we need the wheel diameter/width and offset. Plug in the OEM rear wheel/tire combo to this link and experiment.http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp?postId=906

I'm running 305-30-19 in the rear with my CCW's. It is close to my fenders for sure but not hitting the fender when I hit bumps.
I was rubbing a little on my inner fender on my drivers side but that was because my rear cradle was not centered. Many C5/C6 cars have this issue. I have since fixed this issue with a little tweaking. See below.
