Ok. So I've been getting weird errors and I'm wondering if they can all be linked or if it's all just phantoms or gremlins playing with the electrical system.
1. Biggest Issue!! When I get in to start my car, I turn the key and nothing happens. Let me explain, sit down, push in clutch and listen for clutch relay to click, check, turn key to on position and watch for gauges to do their thing, check, turn key to start, nothing. No noise, no security light, gauges shut off like it's trying to start. Hold key in start position and wait, after anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes of holding in start position, the car fires up like normal. NO IDEA what causes this and I don't change anything while holding the key in the start position.
2. ABS and TCS. Sometimes when I start the car, all "service" messages come up. "Service ABS", "Service Traction Control" and I think one other. The lights come on on the gauges too. So I just turn the car off and pull the key, open the door to kill power, and then start it again and no problems.
3. Charging system Failure. Got this one this morning. Car started like normal and flashed the "Charging System Failure" for a couple seconds and then cleared itself. No noticable problems in gauges or performance.
Went to autozone and had battery tested first and it's fine. Not sure where to go from here for the Starting issue cuz it doesn't seem like there's any way to recreate the problem everytime. (sometimes it starts fine)

Since you are sure the battery is Ok, get under the car and check the battery to solenoid connection to see if its clean and tight. Next, is there any indication of water on, in or around the BCM? (under passenger floorboard).

What was the battery voltage when tested? After testing? Were the battery cable checked for corrosion? Security? The no start problem is very easy to troubleshoot. I agree with checking the connection at the starter. Do you have a meter, and can you read schematics?
I have a meter and I can read schematics. My problem is knowing where things are located in the car. I know I should check the TDR but I don't know where it's located. I've seen the start system schematic but don't know where everything is located.

Here's a pretty good article. Gives the location of the TDR. Checking the input/output of the TDR is one of the simplest things you can do to determine voltage from the ignition switch, through the clutch/trans switch...to the TDR. I'll PM you my number if you have questions.
