Default whats the best sounding catback

What’s the best sounding cat back in everyone’s general opinion? I have a slp power flow on my trailblazer ss with the ls2 and it sounds good but I’d like something a little louder and raspier for my vette. And also is the slp loud moulth annoying loud?

Completely subjective. Plenty of sound clips on the youtube......so do a search.......or go to your local cruise night and listen.

thats like asking whats every ones favorite song in general. Stairway to heaven by Led Zeppelin would be the most popular in general response... But you will get a million opinions for just asking the question...Best thing to do is to go to a Corvette club meeting or car show and listen for "YOURSELF" and make "YOUR OWN" opinion.. B&B Bullets,Corsa,Borla,Magnaflow, Z06 Titaniums... The list goes on and on... Just because everyone likes Country Music, because its the most popular, Does not mean you do.. You might like Rock,,

I like the GM Ti that came with the Z06, very nice with headers at WOT, but not obnoxious like many loud aftermarket.

Some people think the best sounding is the Loudest. To me Loud is just noise and not music to my ears.

Thats a good point... and you need to ask yourself... Am I going to install Longtube headers at some point?? If your answer is maybe or yes,, you need to remember that the sound will substantially increase with most of the aftermarket cat back systems... In fact a lot of folks wind up going back to stock catbacks or something else, just because the sound is just way too much.. so before you go out and spend $600-$1000 on a catback, do some research for yourself.. The Z06 stock Titaniums seem to go good with Headers,, for most people.. You can pick up a used set for a good price in the parts for sale section and spend the money you saved from buying used towards a set of headers,, or better yet, do the headers first and go from there... .. But thats just my opinion

That's why there is no substitute for hearing a car in person. You get the full experience, and how headers/no headers, cats/no cats, aftermarket cam/stock cam, and catback affect the sound. I listened to many different systems until I rode in a C5 with Corsa Pace Cars....and was sold.

What type of music do you like to listen too?

You music style says what exhaust sound you would like.

Well...I know what I'm doing tomorrow. A quick trip down to the parts store to pick me up some cherry bombs and a trailer hitch. Then maybe I can get my check engine light to come on too.
