my car is 2000 model automatic transmission c5.I have just installed p1sc supercharger 8psi boost +70hp nitrous. We have to upgrade our transmission, what parts do we have to install in order to drive it safely on full throttle. It has to stand up to 750hp.
In my TT truck, I ran 4L65E trans (completely built) to around 600awhp (although it was completely unreliable at that level -- would turn the sprag standing still at a stop sign, etc.). Then I switched to a 4L80E and went over 1000rwhp. That was in a 5100 pound truck.
To get an A4 in a vette to hold up to 750hp, you need a very seriously built 4L60E (with the 65E sun shell), and you have to expect it to turn the sprag / randomly puke on you from time to time. If you want a "set it and forget it" tranny, convert to a 4L80E or a TH400 at those HP levels.

I keep reading about all the mods that have to be made to an a4 hold high HP and I find that to be untrue. I run almost 600 rwhp with a stock a4 that has only had the tranny pressure upped, shift time reduced and shift points raised. I do not run slicks or d rag tires, but the rears have almost 13" of footprint per side and I have had no trouble with the tranny in the two years I have had this HP set up.
