Seat Air Bladders

Does anyone have experience replacing air bladders in their C5 seat? My driver seat lumbar support bladder won't stay inflated.

There was a post where a guy did theis with Blood Pressure arm bands, do a search for it-he claimed it worked well. There were many pics from what I recall.
