Default Steering wheel position sensor problems

Can anyone tell me exactly where the steering wheel sensor is located and if you have a picture with an arrow pointing to it would be wonderful.

How do you remove, fix or replace it? I think my troubles started a couple of years ago when I have an engine change.

Thanks for any help.
