Headlight high beam problem

Headlight high beam problem
Hi Guys,
I have a problem with high beams. When i turn my headlights on everything seems to work fine accept i have the blue high beam window illuminated on my dash cluster. This does not happen with position lights on.
When i turn on my high beams on my low beam head lights actually go dull and emitt much less light.
What i have checked so far.
all fuses
relays
tried new headlight/high beam switch and still the same
checked all earth's and earth blocks on chassis rails for corrosion all clean and in good condition
Any help would be great also does anyone have the headlight wiring diagram they could email me please.
