Default Scraping on every bump
I have a 2003 that was wrecked and I am rebuilding it. It is stock height and has new shocks. I recently installed the front air dam (the plasitc and spring part that directs air to the radiator. Is it normal for this part to hit the ground on even the smallest of bumps???

Someone probably lowered it during it's life.

If you are at stock height, there should be 3¾" clearance at the front spoiler.

You installed the plastic part upside down. I did the same thing and scraped the road clean on good roads. flip it and you'll be fine.
