I had a problem with the headlights suddenly not working. I searched the forum and happened to see someone had a problem after they tilted the steering wheel. I recalled I tilted the wheel that day. So I went out and put the wheel back and the lights worked. Then they didn't work again.
So, what is going on? How do I fix it?
I was just collecting info to remove the multifunction switch for repair but that doesn't seem to be it.
Bad connection in the column-take it apart till you find it.
Ok got it apart and everything looks good. No place to pinch wires and all connectors are tight.
Does this mean I need a new switch?
Anyone know if the switch can be fixed for the twisting motion of the headlight switch? I've seen the fix for the turn signals which is an up down motion.
