Default 99 Coupe, ~ 430HP, Driveshaft upgrade??

I am about to add TR230 cam, Patriot stage 2 heads (milled to 59cc), roller rockers, underdrive balancer, LS7 lifters, LS2 Trays, LS2 chain, LS6 intake manifold and Monster level 2 clutch with tick adjustable master cylinder. I already have dynatech headers and blackwing intake. Anyone running approx. 430 HP have input on driveshaft, should I upgrade to newer while doing the clutch?

Not necessary.

But...since you have the driveline out, it's a perfect time to inspect the couplers.

And while it's all apart should I replace the axle seals?

No, just inspect the couplers. If you go with a larger driveshaft, you'll need the entire 01+ torque tube assembly.
