Brakes seem smooth when cool, and they begin to pulse on normal braking after they have time to heat up.
Anyone heard of an issue with the rotors having "grabby" spots on them due to an error in manufacturing process? I know turning and pads are in order, this however does not seem like warped rotors as it changes. I only feel it in the brake pedal, not in the steering.
Anyone else?
My wife's Avenger ES did the same thing... try checking / re-torquing the lug nuts. Maybe if they are unevenly torqued the brakes will pulsate when hot.
