Hey guys...I need some clarification and confirmation on connecting my AEM UEGO unit. I really cannot find any pic instructions regarding this install so I need to post. I understand that the Red wire needs to connect to a 10-18V power at 10Amps and Black goes to ground. I was thinking on connecting the red wire after the igition wire(I believe labeled orange in the schematics below that goes to fuse 21).
Questions:
1) I'm guessing B7 is the slot were the wires (BRN and BRN G)come out for rear view mirror, backup lamp etc... Should I splice the wire in there?
2) Fuse Block I/P - Is this the fuse box on the passenger side footwell?
3) Am I taking this to left field and going in the wrong direction?
I prefer the accessory wiring already provided in the passenger footwell. The ends are there already taped up. You just have to strip and splice, and the circuits are fused.

Thanks lucky...my only concern is they are being protected by a 20A fuse. AEM recommends that it be behind a 10A fuse. I would hate to have some sort of electrical problem and then damage the unit. There's always that possibility...

I'm confused. I would assume you would want to use the yellow wire, which is hot in acc and on positions. Since this is an accessory wire, and nothing else is on the circuit, why can't you just replace the 20 amp fuse with a 10....if it makes you feel better.

I see what you mean now. Sorry for the confusion. Seems like the yellow accessory wire is definitely a good choice. Thanks for the clarification.
Need your help again. Trying to locate the 3 black, orange, and yellow wires that are taped is a PITA. I've posted a pic, can you help me spot these wires? Thanks
I circled the wires I think they are it, but not really sure. I also tried looking for a mark that would say C206, but couldn't find one.
If that is it I can splice the red into the yellow for power and black into black for ground?

Yep. If you want to double check. Check for ground on black, and verify 12 volts on the yellow with the key in the on position...pull fuse minifuse #11, and the 12 volts should drop to 0.

Yep...you are awesome.. That definitely worked. Greatly appreciate your help!
