Here's a rough summary:
Disconnect your intake duct from the throttle body
Pop Fuel Rail covers off
Disconnect the coil packs (two white plugs)
Unplug fuel injectors (push in on the silver u-shaped tab and they come right off)
Remove all the bolts holding the intake in place and the fuel rail in place. (the back most two bolts can only be loosened out. You must pull them up halfway and slide the intake out a few inches to get them out)
Pull the fuel rail out of the manifold and prop it out of the way by the alternator.
Remove all the bolts you can from the manifold and put them in order so you know what position they go back in.
Pull coolant hoses off of the TB
While holding up the two rear remaining screws pull up and toward the front of the car until you feel something tugging it.
Reach around on passenger side and disconnect the MAP plug and the small tube attached to the back. There's also one more big tube to pull off as well.
Pull the manifold free from the car.
Remove TB from intake and swap onto new intake.
Use Duct tape and tape down the knock sensor wires to prevent the intake from pinching them and throwing codes.
Install the coolant crossover pipe and rear coolant plugs (torque to 106 in/lbs)
Clean intake valley
Slide new intake on and put some silicon dielectric grease on the ends of the tubing ports on the back of the intake so the tubes slide on easier and plug in MAP sensor (tight fit back there), also put the two rear bolts in the rear bolt holes half way and slide it all the way back in.

Check out: ls1.fbody.com for the reinstall procedure and torque specs/sequence for the intake manifold bolts.
And reinstall everything else.
Real easy.
