Clutch not releasing
Clutch pedal stays down on my 1998 and won't spring back. It feels like a cable clutch that is out of adjustment except this is hydraulic. I siphoned the fluid out of the reservoir and refilled about 10 times, pumping the pedal a bunch each time. It didn't seem to do much of anything though. Any ideas what it might be? Sorry if this was posted elsewhere, it's too cumbersome to search from my phone!

Are you sure there's no air in the system? When you siphoned out the fluid from the reservoir did you empty it completely? You can try renting a mityvac from an autoparts store and put a suction on the top of the reservoir while pumping the clutch a few times. Works well to pull bubbles out of the system. Of course the better way is to bleed the clutch through the bleed valve but unless you have tiny hands or a remote bleeder that's going to be difficult to do.
