Default Window Felt Alignment

Have had the vette in for service a couple of times for passenger door interior window felt alignment with the exterior felt (interior felt does not meet the exterior felt when window is rolled down--it bows down lower). Service tech replaced the door panel and aligned which fixed the problem pretty much. After a second visit for a different problem for an insulation check in the door (panel had to be removed for repair), the interior felt is not aligned with exterior felt again--bows down lower). Can anyone help me out with this?

I think I have the same problem. When I wash my Vette, water always get down between the felt and windows and leaving streaks on my windows when I roll them up and down after washing. I think this may be the same problem, eh? If so, let me know if you find out any way to fix it. Also, would this be covered under warranty?

I have the same mis-alignment on mine. It's good old GM quality workmanship.
