PCM screw torque?

Default PCM screw torque?
I am about to re-assemble my PCM/ECM with the connectors and I am confused by the torque required. I have both a foot pound and a inch pound wrench. I'd prefer to use the inch pound wrench. What is the proper inch pound setting to tighten this down to?

I have a software based manual from GM...not DVD.

I don't know. I received from a GM engineer friend of mine some years ago.

Bummer! Plus my torque wrench dosen't go low enough it olny goes down to 25 inch pounds.
