Changed the belt, changed the pulleys. Still squeals when I turn Ac on/ no squeal when I turn Ac off. Could this be the clutch, do I need to get the compressor Changed out?
mine does the same thing in the winter or if the car gets wet. i need to change my compressor so im guessing you will too. lube it up with a little wd-40 and see if it goes away. it has worked for me. also clean it up if it is dirty

Thx Memphis.....that's what I was affraid of. Took all the cheap DYS with no change.
i had the same problem and i was told it was the clutch.
Mickey how did you fix it. The clutch is $70ish and the compressor $250ish. From what I can tell labor is going to be the same because the compressor needs to come out.
Yeah, the compressor will need to come out. Might as well replace it at the same time.
You can do this yourself with a few simple tools and a lot of patience and effort. There is a reason it's a $1100 labor charge -- that is not over charging for labor believe me.
That said, it's an easy job (just labor intensive). You should replace all the o-rings, the compressor, the orifice tube and the accumulator. About $385 in parts if you use Compressor Works parts from Autozone or the like.
To replace all that, you need to remove the intake, the water pump, and the compressor, plus remove the accumulator, and disassemble all the lines (to r&r the o-rings). Remember to use pac oil with ICE 32.

i didnt. i have a leak i need to track down. now it wont even turn on
If the tensioner spring is weak, the belt's not gonna grab the pulley-there's quite a load on the belt when the clutch first kicks in.
Also, make sure the grooves in the pulleys are clean, all the way to the bottom of the groove-that belt's not very wide-it needs all the "bite" it can get to not slip.
