Most of the time this means the system needs a little freon (134R) added. You could just add a can from the parts store but it is better if you can have the pressures checked with gauges to verify the condition.

Only two thing cause this problem. One is low freon as mentioned by BigGun. The other is actuator out of calibration. There are tons of posts about either one as the cause, just use the search.
