The last 2 days as I started my 2000 C5 I noticed my trip and average fuel ect was reset. I did have some water on my passanger floor board but I soaked it all up before I had this problem. But today I get in and put my key in and as I turned the ignition on my fuse box started buzzing and all the lights would flicker. My head lights started flickering a couple of weeks ago but I thought my amp was pulling to much power... I tried jumping my car which gave me plenty of power but the starter would just click. I even un hooked my battery cables and hooked them directly to the jumpers cutting my barrery out of the problem... could it be my BCM?

That type of issues sounds like your battery has gone south OR your having a poor battery connection/s.
Time to break out the meter and read the battery voltage directly on the battery terminals key on engine OFF and read it when someone cranks the engine. Post the readings. Especially the cranking voltage readings as soon as the starter is engaged and starts to turn the engine over.
